Jewellery Vibrator Polisher
This is a sturdy fabricated body vibrator with stainless steel top specially designed for gold jewellery polishing using stainless steel media such as balls, cross pins, pointed pins, etc mixed with water and jewellery cleaning compound. Its equipped with a sturdy single phase AC electric motor suitable to run on 220 V supply. The vibrator is lined with good quality acrylic for long life. Magnetic Polisher

This is a stainless steel fabricated body powder coated magnetic jewellery polishing machine with reverse and forward speed control with timer and with digital display having about 300 gms jewellery polishing capacity .The machine is powered by sturdy ¼ HP 220 Volt single phase motor and fitted with excellent quality magnets to provide maximum force for better polishing quality and for long life.

Vaccum Buff Polishing Machine

This is a heavy duty steel fabricated body machine with excellent powder coated finish.   The machine is designed such that the dust is FULLY and DIRECTLY collected INTO the collection bags. An ampere meter is provided which shows higher current when the bags are full which serves as an indicator to empty the bags. Features: a. Separate buffing motors each of 0.75 HP 220 volts single phase for both workstations with individual switches. b. Central High Suction blower driven by 2.0 HP 220 volts single phase AC electric motor. c. Separate individual dust collecting bag made from excellent quality poly propylene material. d. Each workstation fitted with individual tube light.

This is a single pass two speed motorized wire drawing machine. It is supplied with 0.5 HP 220 volt Single phase AC elec., motor, switch & V belt. The machine also has a thread twisting arrangement.   This is an ideal geared type motorized wire drawing machine arrangement to hold six wire drawing dies at one time. It is fitted with special self-adjusting wire winding system so that the wire does not break during operation. It is fitted with motorized coolant pump to keep the drawing dies cool for better finish & longer die life.
