This is an excellent reliable portable melting furnace. It operates on 220 volts single phase supply. However the heater element receives only D.C. current and so it is TOTALLY SHOCKPROOF. It is supplied complete with digital electronic temperature controller with thumb wheel switches for precise setting of desired temperature. It is available in three models with 1/2 kg, 1.0 kg and 2.0 kg gold melting
capacity. Floor Model melting furnace in two models with 2.0 kg and 5.0 kg. Gold melting capacities is also available.

This is a heavy duty sturdy vulcanizer equipped with digital temperature controller with thumb wheel switches for precise temperature control and for repeated consistent quality. It is provided with four brass cartridge heaters inserted in two pcs of solid Aluminium heating plates each of one inch thickness for uniform heating. It is suitable for operation on 220 volts single phase supply and is supplied with a sixty minute electo-mechanical timer. |

This is an excellent wax injector with solid state digital temperature controller, which allows setting of precise wax melting temperature. It is equipped with double nozzle with airtight partition tank for each individual nozzle. This allows both the nozzles to work independently at different air pressure. So it makes this one injector as good as two different injectors working with common heater to save power. This wax injector is supplied with two separate air pressure meters with safety valve. |

It is supplied with programmable microprocessor controller with delay starting feature. It is suitable for burnout of flasks with direct real diamond studded wax models. |
