This is a simple horizontal head bench model diamond cut faceting machine. It is a versatile easy to use machine and with the use of basic slides, it is possible to design a large variety of items. Its time tested divider assembly is very simple and easy to operate and also allows manual operation for hand dulling of bangles. The vertical head can be fitted in place of horizontal head easily and quickly. Kindly ask for details.

a. One 1/6 HP single phase 220 volt AC electric motor, Switch.
b. 17 pcs NYLON collets for bangles & 17pcs collets for rings.
c. Flat pendant cutting attachment.

f.  2pcs Diamond Tools and 2pcs Carbide Tools.

MASTER two head faceting machine
This is an extremely versatile yet simple to operate machineallowing working with horizontal and vertical head on the samearticle without having to recenter the machine. This is a redesigned Universal two head diamond faceting machine with all the features of our standard universal two head machine with added features. This machine is equipped with an additional motor fixed to the main divider assembly with separate adjustable speed controller to control the rotational speed of the ring or bracelet under production. This machine is also equipped with special vertical head normally supplied only with our swiss type faceting machines.

 This machine also offers the same standard and extra accessories as offered for our standard universal two head diamond faceting machines.

Zig Zag Faceting Machine
 
 This is an upgraded model of Universal two head diamond faceting machine equipped with additional motor with controller and redesigned main divider moving assembly. This diamond faceting machine is designed for wider bracelet designs allowing Zig Zag cutting action besides the normal straight line cut with horizontal head and cuts in arc with vertical head. This machine is also equipped with special vertical head normally supplied only with our swiss type faceting machines which allows for lifting of the tool head to see the cuts being performed during operation.

 This machine also offers the same standard and extra accessories as offered for our standard universal two head diamond faceting machines.
