Plate Bending Machines model - TPVP is a three roll power operated pyramid type bending machine with power pull down top roll. Following are the special features.

Special Features:

Rolls are of EN-8 steel and run in gun metal bushes.

Heavy duty steel fabricated housing, amply proportioned to withstand maximum strain.

Base is of heavy duty girders.

Machine runs at slow speed, hence full control on curvature is attained.

Main drive is through series of hob cut gears and worm gear box.

Drive for top roll pressure is through worm gears.

Clutch is provided to regulate top roll movement and also to Facilitate Conical bending.

Screw jack is provided to keep top roll in horizontal position when Trunion is retracted for removal of formed shell.

The machine is complete with :

Electric motor 3 phase/440 volts/50 AC and Reduction gear box for main drive.

Electric motor 3 phase/440 volts/50 AC for pressure power pull down.
