Plate Bending Machine in model TPH is a Three Roll Power Operated Pyramid Type Plate Roll Bending Machine.

The following are special features of this plate bending machine:

Heavy duty steel fabricated housing amply proportioned to withstand maximum strain.

Rolls are of forged EN-8 material and run in collar type gun metal bushes.

Base is of heavy duty girders.

Drive through a series of hob cut steel gears and worm reduction gear box.

Screw jack is provided to keep the top roll in horizontal position when trunion is retracted to facilitate removal of formed shells.

The machine is complete with :

Reduction gear box

Electric motor 3 phase /440 volts / 50 cycles AC

Reversible switch (Upto 5 HP)

Reversible starter (Above 5 HP)
